I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean, although the lack of character in the bathroom was noticeable as it was modern and functional. The service was excellent, with attentive staff providing fantastic service and assistance throughout my stay. The location was convenient, especially for travelers on the M6, with a 24-hour reception for late check-ins. The dining experience offered good quality food with cooked-to-order hot dishes and a hearty continental option. Overall, a great value for money hotel with friendly staff and convenient amenities.

The hotel has a convenient location just off the M6 near Preston, which was very handy for my trip to England. The rooms were not well-maintained, with layers of dust and food/dirt on the carpets. Despite the flaws, the hotel's modern setting and proximity to Samlesbury Hall for a wedding were positive highlights.
