I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean, although the lack of character in the bathroom was noticeable as it was modern and functional. The service was excellent, with attentive staff providing fantastic service and assistance throughout my stay. The location was convenient, especially for travelers on the M6, with a 24-hour reception for late check-ins. The dining experience offered good quality food with cooked-to-order hot dishes and a hearty continental option. Overall, a great value for money hotel with friendly staff and convenient amenities.
